Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 100g chia seeds
  • 150g sunflower seeds
  • 100g flax seeds
  • 100g almonds
  • 100g hazelnuts
  • 100g raisins (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl
  2. Mix all the ingredients in the mold
  3. Bake at 180°C for 1 hour

Notes

For this protein bread recipe, feel free to customize it according to your preferences! You can replace the raisins with other dried fruits like figs, cranberries, apricots, etc. Similarly, you can substitute almonds with walnuts or other nuts of your choice.
