Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 50g unsweetened applesauce
- 50ml almond milk (or other plant or non-plant-based milk)
- 2 apples
- 100g flour
- 60g almond powder
- 50g honey (or other sweetener of your choice)
- 20-30g sliced almonds
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until obtaining a foammy mixture.
- Add the applesauce and almond milk, mix.
- Add the almond powder, flour, baking powder, and mix.
- Add the apples and mix again.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper or simply buttered.
- Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top of the mixture.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 28 to 32 minutes (check the preparation during baking).
